Provide support for the Human Resource Manager for non-decision making activities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Verification and payment of HR related invoices, researching grievances, evaluation of employment applications for minimum requirements, researching procedures and policies for daily applications, review of SOX reports, Affirmative Action Plan activities/record keeping, performance review/360 log and notification activities.

Specific Skills Needed to Perform Assignment:
Excel, Word, general computer operation proficiency, human resource experience, preferred in a union environment, organizational, record keeping, research, business writing.
