Key Responsibilities Include:
Work in close cooperation with customers, users and internal staff to research, assess and define user requirements
Translate and prioritize the product vision into PRDs; work directly with engineering and QA to bring it all to life
Coordinate initiatives with other departments, such as Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support and Operations to achieve desired results
Forecast and monitor financial and non-financial key performance indicators, and create regular reporting for Sr. Management on trends affecting performance
Collect and analyze user feedback with regard to service quality/usability
Coordinate the resolution of technical product and quality of service issues
Generate and implement strategies for service improvement and growth
Occasionally attend industry trade shows and conferences.
Req. candidate profile :
Qualifications:
College degree required
Advanced understanding of internet video streaming/distribution technologies and/or digital video solutions in cable, IPTV, Satellite and Broadband TV environments
3-5 years minimum product management experience
First hand experience in building industry related products and service offerings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized manner
Able to handle multiple time-sensitive initiatives and competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
Desire and ability to take ownership of producing stated operational objectives
