Job description: SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic manager who will be responsible for hiring, training, retraining and monitoring a large contingent of chauffeurs. In this role you will be working with our Human Resource group to manage the interview process, develop and implement policies and procedures, conduct training needs assessments, oversee and audit curriculum, training class preparation and course materials, training outcomes and suggestions for improved relations amongst the chauffeur staff. You will also be maintaining data on licensing and other record keeping and knowledge of TLC, DOT and CDL processes is essential.



Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· At least 5 years successful management experience working previously in the travel, limousine, trucking or warehouse industry

· Experience working with both Independent Operators and Employee Chauffeurs. Know the difference and understand the dichotomy of leases and contracts.

· Acute attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects
