Job description:
AAJ is seeking a Trial Advocacy Coordinator to be Responsible for the following:
Assist in planning, marketing, and preparing assigned AAJ Education programs.
Manage and monitor individual program budgets.
Provide on-site administration of AAJ Education trial advocacy colleges, as well as convention education and other programs as needed.
Conduct post-program follow-up, including payment of bills and speaker expenses, and drafting executive summaries.
Req. candidate profile :
The following qualifications are required:
BA/BS degree required.
1 – 3 years professional experience.
Computer literacy and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under strict deadlines.
Exceptional tact and diplomacy skills.
Strong ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
Background in education program coordination or meeting/event planning is highly desirable.
