The Program Director will be trained in the teaching and implementation of evidence-based health and wellness programs. Responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to ensure that goals and objectives of the EOP program has continuing success. Work together with the Director of Elder Services to identify and recruit new partner agencies as well as state and federal agencies to foster program growth and to ensure that standards are met. Engage in marketing and outreach activities. Provide guidance, support, and supervision to partner agencies as well as organize and coordinate project activities and trainings. Collect data on partner efforts and activities and assist with developing creative strategies for additional funding. Attend meetings as necessary. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
Must have excellent interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills. Proven ability to learn and to train others. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field with one to three years’ experience in the planning management and coordination of programs required. A self–starter with considerable initiative and the ability to problem-solve.
