| Job description: | The PETA Foundation seeks a Senior Flash Developer to be part of a creative, energetic team that is responsible for producing PETA’s innovative web presence and the technical foundations that drive the organization.
Successful candidate will be able to develop technical functionality and implement Flash components to include: games, Web sites, videos and e-cards. Must have experience in researching and implementing innovative scripting techniques and be able to communicate with other department staff members about Flash functionality. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in related area and three or more years of experience programming in Flash/Flex/ActionScript • Working knowledge of XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML • Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming and experience implementing OOP concepts with ActionScript • Must be able to function independently and still work well as part of a team |
