Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available Program Analyst for an opportunity located in Bowie, MD.
Position Summary:
This position performs overall project and financial analytical and contract administrative duties in support of providing engineering services on a Federal Contract program.
Minimum SECRET Security Clearance required.
Essential Job Functions:
1.) Provides project managerial and administrative duties for an engineering group providing RFI / EMI and EMC engineering analyses and field test and measurement services for DOD agencies. Responsibilities include:
Compiling and distributing weekly and monthly status reports for projects;
Assisting staff to create reports, PowerPoint presentations and other miscellaneous project deliverables;
Monitoring delivery of project deliverables and expended labor effort compared to schedules; and
Processing requests for travel and project related purchases.
2.) Using cost accounting software coupled with MS Excel, provides Program level financial analysis and administrative duties , including:
Monitoring financial status of projects compared to funded levels;
Notifying management as spending levels approach funded levels;
Assisting with Task Order technical and pricing proposals;
Assisting in creating revenue forecasts;
Requesting or creating timesheet and WBS codes for projects; and
Compiling and creating documentation to support invoices for reimbursable project expenses.
3.) Provide Program level contract administrative duties, including:
Tracking and ensuring staff is compliant with contract administrative procedures, training requirements, and security procedures;
Creating and submitting documentation for new contract hires;
Submitting and tracking approvals for travel and project related expenditure requests, and
Creating and submitting notifications on Task Order financial status
Education and Experience:
Education/Training:
BA EE or equivalent or equivalent degree
Required Experience:
• 10+ years experience in contracts / project analysis.
• Minimum SECRET Security Clearance required
• Strong working knowledge and expertise with MS Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Working knowledge of Cost Accounting System software application such as SAP or Deltek.
• Ability to maintain complete discretion on information such as financial, salary, & labor rates.
