We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the growth of the agency through the marketing of programs to various audiences; facilitate the development/printing of electronic materials that are compelling, clear, concise, and complete, and in a manner that accurately reflects the organization’s values, mission, and business goals; and work senior management and program directors to support fundraising and program goals.
DUTIES:
Include, but are not limited to, collaborating with senior management and program directors to develop marketing/communications strategies; leading the implementation of marketing strategies and projects, including branding and communications initiatives; designing organizational marketing and communications collaterals for print/electronic media; managing the publication of agency’s various newsletters; collecting testimonials from recipients of CEDA programs; researching new marketing opportunities; maintaining/developing relationships with media contacts; and supporting all organizational events.
Req. candidate profile :
Additional Qualifications:
BA and 2-3 years experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications or any similar combination of education/experience; proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; good visual, written and verbal communications.
Ideal candidate should have ability to communicate with diverse populations; function well independently in a fast-paced environment; and be comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
