Smith Farm Center for Healing and the Arts is currently looking for a professional Executive Assistant to assist Executive Director of a wonderful, DC-based health and arts growing non-profit.
Duties to include:
Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Schedule meetings and maintain schedule(s)
Maintain filing system
Oversee correspondence
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and meeting notes
Work with Executive Director on various aspects of capital campaign
Manage grant submission and report deadlines
