Provide administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director in the Engineering Directorate. Duties include meeting support, calendar support, presentation support, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data research, action tracking and other duties as requested.
Job duties:
2 years of college and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (or any equivalent combination of education/experience for a total of 7 years) is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required. Microsoft Project and Filemaker Pro desired. Excellent communication skills, written and oral, required. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Self motivation and a willingness to learn new skills required.
