Provide project coordination support for project planning, coordination, integration, review, and reporting as well as engineering coordination activities in direct support of the ISS Vehicle Systems Office(VP34). Duties include, but are not limited to the following: generation of monthly management presentations; organize, schedule, document actions items, and otherwise assist in the conduct of meetings; track action items to closure; maintain project calendar; interface with project management and personnel to support integration activities such as schedule and risk management; receive and distribute documentation and communications across project interfaces.
Job duties:
2 years of college and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (or any equivalent combination of education/experience for a total of 7 years) is required. A thorough knowledge of the International Space Station (ISS) Program is desired. Familiarity with NASA procedures is desired. Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint) is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Project is desired.
