The Manager, Work Center manages operations for an in-house and home based manufacturing and production assembly program. He/she will manage a diverse workforce including persons with disabilities. The Manager, Work Center will be responsible for managing the Work Center’s contract work and ensure it meets all Department of Labor requirements. He/she will also be responsible for comprehensive marketing and sales practices including outreach through mail, email, phone and personal field visits to potential customers. He/she will ensure production of goods and services meet contractual expectations and fall within budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities also include overseeing customer billing, directing and overseeing inventory and providing quality supervision that meets person centered and CARF requirements.

High School Diploma
Experience:
At least three years experience in the management and supervision of a production and/or manufacturing operation, preferably with persons with disabilities.
Three years experience with staff supervision.
Three years experience with manufacturing, contract procurement, sales and marketing operations.OR:
An equivalent combination of education and related experience.
