Job description: Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada is a sales and field marketing solutions agency that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all retail channels and business-to-business.


Who we are looking for:


We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Resource and Budget Manager to join our team in supporting our CPG business. The preferred candidate will have passion and experience in the areas Finance, Budgeting, Operations and Project Management.


Ideally you have experience working in Field Marketing, perhaps you have grown through the ranks so you understand, and can provide insight, into how what happens at the ground level ultimately affects the overall success of a program or project.


You get excited by developing and improving new tools and procedures to increase internal efficiency (yes, you’re a bit of a nerd this way!)


What you will be doing:


As a member of the Integration Team, you will be responsible for assisting with the business planning/development, financials, and internal communications within a specific client group (as well as providing integration support for the whole Field Marketing division).


You will contribute to maintaining a flow of communication between the internal operations team and the client teams through the use of resource and budget ‘trackers’.


You will work closely with Senior Management to effectively forecast the resource needs and financial results of your business.


Qualifications:


Successful candidates will possess the following skills/attributes:
• University degree in Business/Finance

• 1-3 years of industry experience (a must!!)

• Extremely detailed oriented

• Demonstrated analytical skills

• Advanced MS Office Skills (especially in Excel)

• Experience in the areas of finance, budget and operations management

• Strong people and project management skills

• Solid communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups

• Multi tasking, strong analytical and mathematic skills are critical

• Eagerness to develop/improve new tools and procedures to increase the internal efficiency of the organization
