We are seeking an experienced recruiter to add to the Human Resource department at a publicly held medical device company in Northern New Jersey. The position will entail working with as many as up to thirty (30) open requisitions for exempt staff level openings at any given time. Responsibilities include:
· Sourcing, screening, testing, and interviewing candidates.
· Making recommendations to hiring managers.
· Coordinating background checks and pre-employment drug screens.
· Extend offers in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
· Use electronic web-based recruitment tools to update Applicant Tracking system to reflect requisition and candidate activity.
· Participate in special recruiting initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
Minimum of three years exempt recruiting experience
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated experience with electronic/web recruitment tools
