NEEDED, experienced Senior Estimators with strong background in INDUSTRIAL or COMMERCIAL construction projects for a General Contracting, construction management & design-builder, HQ in Southern California. • Must have ground-up building estimating experience of projects over $5M+ range. Must have proven skills in Negotiated Bid estimating and some Hard Bid. • Commercial and design-build construction estimating experience; Actual field experience is preferred. • Complete understanding of the pre-construction process |
