| Job duties: |
Responsibilities
• Manage exempt and non exempt HR staff in the execution and delivery of various global HR programs and initiatives related to staffing, recruiting, compensation, benefits, work life, and HR systems development
• Provide guidance, counsel, instruction, and support for strategic global HR operations initiatives on all matters, related directly or indirectly, to the identification, growth, and development of human capital to meet key business objectives
• Lead and or provide project management support for key HR initiatives and programs. Analyze current programs, processes and systems for overall effectiveness and maximized efficiency
• Identify, recommend, develop, and implement programs and processes supporting business objectives and aligning organizational competencies and strategies
Requirements
• B.S., B.A. degree in business administration, or related field
• HR management systems experience with employee self service and manager self service platforms
Experience in negotiating and managing vendor contracts
• Extensive experience working as a professional advisor in situations requiring assessment of complex issues and facilitation of sound decisions involving high risk as well as confidential and sensitive matters
• An advanced level of knowledge of California state and federal laws and solid human resources policies and practices, including knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, and wage and hour laws and benefits
