We are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be located in office in Dulles, VA.
The recruiter selected must be familiar and comfortable with working in a high-volume recruiting environment and possess strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions, juggle many responsibilities, manage a variety of candidates and take initiative to identify new and better ways to do business.
In this position, you will provide full-life cycle recruiting support in sourcing, identifying, screening and interviewing candidates for open positions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced professional environment, excellent relationship management skills, ability to fill high-priority positions and give key support to both client teams.
A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or human resource field is preferred. Experience in commercial and government contracting and/or IT recruiting is a plus!
