Seeking an extremely detail-oriented bookkeeper for Communities for Learning and Learner-Centered Initiatives, two organizations committed to improving schools.
Duties include:
Creating invoices, matching invoices to P/O’s
Keeping track of accounts receivable & accounts payable info.
Data entry into QuickBooks (QuickBooks exp a MUST!)
Reporting payroll
Paying expense reports
Answering calls and writing correspondence related to accounts and contracts
Keeping track of inventory
Assisting with scanning or copying materials when necessary
Req. candidate profile :
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills & overall professional presentation
Minimum of 2-5 years exp. in bookkeeping.
Intermediate/advanced skills in the following: MS Word, Excel, & QuickBooks.
