We are currently recruiting for a permanent part-time sales Representative to represent Mead Johnson in Ottawa for 24 hours a week.
As a valuable member of the Mead Johnson sales team, you will be responsible for calling on your clients in the Ottawa area in the drug/mass/grocery retail channels. You will communicate and execute sales and merchandising strategies and guidelines and be responsible for ensuring product dominance and distribution. You will also manage and maintain inventory levels and in-store displays.
Your excellent communication and sales skills are complemented by your enthusiasm and superior presentation abilities. Highly organized with excellent communication skills, you are a natural problem solver with a knack for sales and building strong relationships with your clients.
Job Description
To deliver MJN volume and share objectives through customer focused strategies, effective planning and execution at retail
Excellent execution of core programs such as: distribution, planograms, pricing, merchandising, POP material
Utilize strong presentation skills to deliver strong MJN presentations to retail decision makert.
Provide timely feedback on store door activity to customer teams through call reports
Execute store door coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length
Deliver on tactical executions with speed and competency (planogramming, refurbishing…)
Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts
Resolve all store level issues and problems exhibiting a sense of urgent
Accountability to deliver the annual sales volume objectives, by brand, by category for designated accounts in respective territories
Accountability to deliver retail coverage for designated territory
