Fellowship Advisors will work directly with juniors and seniors to insure successful academic and professional development. Communicate, develop and serve as lead instructors for all Educational and Job Readiness Workshops. Strengthening and expanding relationships with community agencies, coordinate sites, activities, and foster supportive relationships with institutions to implement quality internship and work experiences. Assist the Director in marketing efforts to recruit program participants.

Qualifications:
The successful will have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with participants, administrators, staff, and other private and public agencies. Knowledge and familiarity with the NYC Department of Education standards guideline a plus. BA degree and three years of work experience coordinating youth programs.
