Responsibilities:
The Property Manager will participate in the marketing and tenant selection process for all Community Access buildings. The Property Manager will have direct responsibility for preparing applicant files, initial screening, tax credit compliance forms, and leases. After units are rented, the Property Manager maintains good relations with current tenants and new applicants through regular site visits and tenant contact. The Property Manager will offer assistance to tenants in understanding and meeting their tenant obligations.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have at least two years administrative experience in an office environment, and Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills; strong organizational and prioritizing skills; strong clerical and data entry skills; strong math skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
