Part Time Contract Recruiter for Marketing and New Media – This is an off-site/remote opportunity.

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support this rapidly growing client recruiting for Marketing and New Media roles. Positions range from Strategists through Director and VP level roles. This new hire will be the 3rd member of this Recruiting Team which currently consists of a Project Manager/Senior Recruiter and a Sourcing Recruiter who are recruiting for technical and operations roles.

This is currently a Part Time position (20 hours per week) but additional hours may be available serving other clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of means.
• Screening candidates using Human Capital Consultants phone interview techniques.
• Partnering with Human Capital Consultants Project Manager to meet project goals.
• Maintaining accurate weekly reporting requirements.
• Participating in weekly project conference calls.
Required Experience
• 3 to 4 years of full lifecycle Recruitment experience. Marketing and New Media recruiting experience is required. A mixture of agency and corporate recruiting experience would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with professionals at all levels of our client’s organization.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively on a fast-paced and constantly changing project.
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Internet recruiting, Boolean searching and proficiency using job boards.
• Experience with passive candidate recruitment techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Project Management Skills.
• Entrepreneurial

This is an open ended contract that can go very long term. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter looking for part time work and a flexible schedule.
