We are seeking a Software Architect / Team Lead to lead a small development team on new projects. The successful candidate will be able to drive projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Tasks range from architecting Telephony and SOA systems to writing code to managing projects and people. Successful candidates will have solid experience in SDLC and command of the .NET framework. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team in the development of applications that utilize cutting edge technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as Team Lead for a development team consisting of 3-5 developers

Develop system architecture and communicate with UML

Manage projects through all phases of SDLC

Mentor other developers in software development best practices

Conduct code reviews

Technical Requirements:

Expert level experience in C# .NET

Experience implementing SOA (web services, remoting, WCF)

Extremely proficient in designing and debugging multi-threaded systems

Telephony experience is a plus (Dialogic, HMP, SIP, V-XML)

Full life cycle development experience

Experience with running projects using agile methodology

Self-directed and self-managing, good communication and organizational skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment

Ability to multi-task

Experience implementing best practices in software development

Ability to give estimates and work within deadlines
