Position Responsibilities
Conduct 85 – 100 calls per day
Enter prospect/customer data into CRM systems
Prepare collateral mailings as needed
Screen inbound calls and route to appropriate sales reps
Skills, Abilities and/or
Qualifications
1 + years experience in sales or service environment
Excellent phone skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work long hours and handle multiple projects at once
High energy level
Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced start-up/high growth environment
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills in English
Strong initiative and a desire to be an overachiever
College degree
