Job description
Job description: The Marketing Coordinator provides support for the entire Marketing Department in coordinating the production process of cessation marketing, prevention marketing and interactive projects from conception to implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Manage internal workflow process to ensure seamless and timely implementation of projects and that all deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with agency partners in order to effectively coordinate internal project workflow.
  • In conjunction with agency, track and monitor advertising insertions for competitive cessation marketing campaigns.
  • Assist the foundation marketing teams with meetings including serving as the point person for weekly status reports and agendas.
  • Traffic and process all estimates and invoices in a timely manner for approval and payment.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with other departments to coordinate approvals, provide project status and production schedules.
  • Organize, maintain and archive marketing files and materials as well as manage the department’s audio-visual library.
  • Reconcile and process monthly billing statements for foundation marketing’s external agencies.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors on printing, reprints of program materials and specialty items.
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, filing, faxing and mailing.
  • Perform other duties as required based on the needs of the foundation.
Req. candidate profile : Additional Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in advertising or consumer brand marketing. Account management and planning experience are preferred. Candidate must enjoy building strong, collaborative relationships internally and externally. Also desired is someone that is proactive, diplomatic, and creative. New media and internet marketing experience are preferred. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
