Global Impact Staffing is a privately owned executive search company headquartered in the Dallas, Texas area. The company was founded in 1998 to find professionals to meet the staffing/recruiting needs specifically for staffing/recruiting companies. Our client, a publicly held technology staffing company that has had two decades of industry experience specializing in contingent staffing, vendor management, network services, and project management, is currently looking for a senior recruiter for their San Francisco office. As a successful recruiter, you will work directly with the managers and other appropriate entities to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner. Services will focus on areas from desktop support and network services to object-oriented development and testing. Projects will range from providing supplemental resources to information technology prospects, to the full life cycle staffing of entire engagements from product management to programmer. You will also be responsible for maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations with access to educated, skilled individuals. Candidate should possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills; and have experience in sales, customer relations, negotiations, project management, technical skill qualification, sourcing, Internet recruitment, project staffing, supplement staffing, and candidate presentation. You must be goal oriented and able to multi task with the ability to finish projects.
