Job description
Job description: •Responsible for share, volume targets
• Customer relationship management in an assigned geography
• Merchandising support and execution at on premise/retail accounts working with the Territory Managers / Key Account Manager direction
• Execute call cycle with on premise accounts/retail accounts
• Call responsibilities include Distribution, pricing, profitability, category management, merchandising and promotional execution
• Community event management and execution
• POS placement and maintenance
• Create annual territory and accounts plans that will deliver volume, share targets
• Adhere to National Sales and execution standards
• Administration: weekly expense reporting, budget management, POS management, EBI

Req. candidate profile : •Valid drivers license
•Legal Drinking Age
•University Degree or College Diploma
•1-3 years of direct selling experience
• Assertive and self-motivated, with developed leadership qualities
• Enjoys working independently
• Extremely hard-working and dedicated to a task
• Superior time management skills, coupled with the ability to organize and prioritize
• Posses a strong problem-solving ability, to execute while in the field
•Previous merchandising, hospitality industry and/or sales experience is an asset
•Must have strong desire for long-term sales driven career
