Overview
CMS is expanding and is looking to add another recruiter to the company. As a recruiter, duties include developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, searching resumes, interviewing candidates, checking references, and writing, posting, and refreshing job ads, closing hires, and networking for future business.
This position will also include a number of administrative duties such as resume file management, paper file maintenance, and telephone reception. The preferred candidate is also be proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and the internet.
The recruiter will be goal-oriented, possess a strong ability to close deals, provide longevity, and help build the company. This is a great opportunity for a career-minded individual to get a start with a growing company.
