Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references, credit and risk
• Determine eligibility of application
• Complete and submit credit and loan documentation
• Promote sale of credit and loan services
• Manage past due accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous collections experience
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Outstanding people skills
• Prior experience in a similar industry
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Problem solving experience
• Demonstrate confidence as a performer and a team player

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be a team player, professional, highly organized, and able to perform in a fast paced office environment.

The ideal candidate will be working towards a degree with an Accounting major, an Applied Accounting Degree, or have a diploma in Business Administration. Relevant experience will be considered.
