As the Sales Representative you will be responsible for learning all aspects of our business, including our relationship-based sales process and:
• Conduct cold calls daily
• Researching, analyzing, and prioritizing sales prospects
• Organizing and planning daily sales routes
• Attending regular training sessions and meetings
• Reporting sales trends
• Customizing schedule and sales tactics to maximize daily productivity
• Achieving/exceeding market sales goals
• Submitting daily lead reports

The Sales Representative will call into and prospect all levels of an agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal, written, problem solving and organizational skills with specific attention to time management and providing superior customer service. The candidate also must enjoy working in a dynamic fast paced environment and have an entrepreneur mind set that exemplifies self-motivated behavior. Duties will include heavy prospecting in assigned territory, lead qualification, client management, creative marketing strategies to target your market, working in a team selling environment with an assigned support team.
