The Greater Boston Food Bank's mission is to help end hunger in eastern Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President for Development and Marketing. This includes daily operation support of the office of the EVP, general administrative support to advance the organization’s development and marketing efforts, the capital campaign and the preparation and production of the organization’s quarterly newsletter.
Req. candidate profile :
Additional Qualifications:
Prior experience in administration in a mid-to-large profit or non-profit entity.
Demonstrated competence in project management.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize.
Excellent customer service skills, positive and instructive phone manner
Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
College degree preferred
Sense of humor.
Interest and commitment to the mission of helping to end hunger.
