The company was founded in 1998 to find professionals to meet the staffing/recruiting needs specifically for staffing/recruiting companies. Our client, one of the top staffing agencies in the Metroplex, is looking for a recruiting manager to oversee the daily operations for its technical recruiting group in the DFW area. Qualifications: You must have a minimum of 8+ years of agency staffing experience with 75% of your career spent in the technical staffing space. You should have 4 - 5 years of successful, heads down recruiting with an additional 3 - 4 years in a leadership role leading agency recruiters. Responsibilities: Your main focus will be overseeing the daily operations for the contract and perm recruiters as well as the administrative staff assigned to some of the recruiters. You will be asked to evaluate, develop, and implement weekly recruiting targets and goals for the recruiting teams and then lead the weekly activity meetings to ensure consistent weekly production. You will monitor the recruiting and expense budget by assessing the advertising needs and selecting the appropriate methods to spend budgeted monies, and you will also oversee all subcontractor and independent contractor relationships to determine which vendors will be used. Finally, you will prepare weekly reports for executive staff to ensure targeted goals are being met.
