We are seeking an energetic team player to provide support to the President and the Director of Planned Giving. The Assistant will act as a liaison between the President and POST staff and will help facilitate, track and report communication with the Board of Directors, planned giving donors and other key partners. The Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the schedule of the President and also will attend and take notes at executive-level meetings. Additionally, the Assistant will contribute planned giving marketing efforts and stewardship of donors. Req. candidate profile :
Ideal candidates will possess:
One to two years experience in administrative and executive support;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
Professional appearance and demeanor;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines;
High level of accuracy and detail orientation;
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion;
Experience maintaining an executive calendar;
Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
