Job description: The individual will be responsible for producing application materials, marketing the program to prospective applicants, tracking applications and coordinating the selection process.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Establish and maintain program recruitment and selection schedule
  • Coordinate revision and production of application materials
  • Identify distribution targets and manage distribution of application materials
  • Acknowledge receipt of applications
  • Coordinate review of applications by selection committee
  • Assist with program publicity
Req. candidate profile : Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Self-starter, flexibility and willingness to learn

Desirable Qualifications:

Interest or experience in administrating fellowship, scholarship or other career development programs, nonprofit marketing and communications
