The individual will be responsible for producing application materials, marketing the program to prospective applicants, tracking applications and coordinating the selection process.
Responsibilities Include:
Establish and maintain program recruitment and selection schedule
Coordinate revision and production of application materials
Identify distribution targets and manage distribution of application materials
Acknowledge receipt of applications
Coordinate review of applications by selection committee
Assist with program publicity
Req. candidate profile :
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
Self-starter, flexibility and willingness to learn
Desirable Qualifications:
Interest or experience in administrating fellowship, scholarship or other career development programs, nonprofit marketing and communications
