Jobs with Justice is a national network of 40+ local coalitions of labor, community, faith-based, and student organizations that work together on campaigns to win workers’ rights and economic justice. Every 18-24 months, Jobs with Justice activists come together to celebrate victories, share experiences, and strategize to build power for working families.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with venue: coordinate A/V, schedule, room set-up.
Program and agenda: collect and organize information for the conference agenda and program; identify and arrange entertainment; generate invitation letters; confirm speakers and workshop presenters.
Coordinate other logistics, including: translation (equipment and interpreters); child care (providers and space); displays; tabling.
Conference sponsorship and adbook: Confirm conference sponsors and collect ads for adbook.
