Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting a qualified, interested and available RF Engineer for an opportunity located in Westerville, Ohio. The RF Engineer applies industry principles, practical experience, theories and concepts in providing solutions for radio frequency circuit applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating project assignments.
- Projects involve the design, simulation, development, and evaluation of RF circuits and subsystems used in base station RF power amplifiers and RF control systems.
- Perform functional analysis, requirements/allocation and interface definition studies to translate high-level design requirements into detailed hardware and software specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE, (MSEE desirable)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the design of RF circuitry including amplifiers, filters, frequency synthesizers, voltage controlled oscillators, mixers, phase shifters, attenuators, splitter/combiners that operate in the 450 MHz to 2200 MHz range.
- Hands on experience with RF circuit design including lab prototyping, integration, testing and debugging. Must be skilled in the use of design and simulation tools, preferably Microwave Office Suite.
- Experience in designing low-cost, RF circuitry utilizing printed circuit board techniques for products used in a high-volume production environment. ? Possession of excellent written, oral, and presentational skills.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team including other RF engineers, digital, and firmware designers.
