Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available Applications Tech III for an opportunity located in Garner, NC.

The Applications Tech III under general supervision and using standard procedures, provides technical assistance to customers in the identification and resolution of operational or maintenance problems.

Responsibilities
Conducts less complex analyses of product and/or system failures via telephone or data link from a centralized diagnostic center, but some travel to remote customer sites is required.

Utilize diagnostic equipment and test procedures to examine, test, analyze, and troubleshoot routine and custom products and systems.

Perform operational functional tests, troubleshooting, and debugging of products and systems to isolate fault and determine solution.

Based on company guidelines and test results, replace products and/or perform maintenance and repair of products and systems as needed.

Configure products as required for customers? Specific needs and applications.

Provide customer support involving the identification and resolution of routine and/or moderately complex system and product performance problems for internal and external customers.

Provide timely resolution to requests for application and technical issues related to systems and products. Primary support will be via phone and email.

Travel to customer site to resolve semi-routine issues relating to system and product performance.

Maintain documentation of problem resolution activities. Report trends as required.
