The Actors’ Shakespeare Project, a rapidly growing professional theater company with substantial education and outreach programs.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a robust multi-year fundraising plan. This position will lead fundraising initiatives, work with the Executive Producer and Marketing Director to set yearly income targets and align strategies, manage donor cultivation and individual, foundations, government, corporate giving, and events, and will work collaboratively to create and implement new donor categories. This is a full-time position and reports to the Executive Director.

Requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years relevant fundraising experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, experience working in the arts and/or in urban education, experience designing and implementing sophisticated fundraising plans, positive, collaborative working style, examples of leadership with both staff & Board, Boston and Cambridge area fundraising experience preferred.
