Job responsibilities include leading various projects in the FI-CO space to be completed on time and under budget, mentoring other employees, completing FI-CO configuration to meet business needs, end user training, leading blueprint workshops, writing functional specifications, testing, supporting other functional teams with design and realization.

| Req. candidate profile : |
- The Finance Senior Business Systems Analyst should have a minimum of 5 years experience working with SAP in the FI-CO area and a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations
- Candidate should be an FI-CO generalist with emphasis in discrete, repetitive and/or variant manufacturing/product costing configuration.
- Candidate must exemplify technical excellence in general FI-CO SAP configuration as well as overall understanding of finance related functionality. Product costing should be the focus with other areas of configuration experience within FI-CO (AR, AP, AM, CO-PA Cost Based, IO, FSCM, New GL ECC 5.0, or Projects)
- Candidate should have at least ten years business experience
- Candidate must work well with others and exemplify the ability to lead
- Candidate should be a self starter, independent, goal orientated worker
- Candidate will be working with senior finance management on a daily basis
- Effective communication skills including presentation skills required
- A background in manufacturing/costing is a major plus
- Bachelor degree is required. Accounting is preferred but other degrees will be considered.
- CPA will be considered a significant differentiator
