Midtown Non-Profit Out-Patient Substance Abuse Facility seeking a dynamic and articulate Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones, greeting clients and collecting payments
Assisting clients and counselors with various requests
Maintaining files and restock forms
Assisting with special projects and mailings as needed
Maintaining presentable kitchen, front desk and waiting area
Req. candidate profile :
Ideal candidate MUST be someone who is:
Patient and positive, with a welcoming attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional/ Fashionable presentation
Requirements:
Extensive Microsoft Office Knowledge
