Experienced finance professional with functional, business process and technical Business Performance Management (BPM) skills within the performance reporting and planning areas. The successful candidate will have a minimum of six years of industry or big four consulting experience working within the Financial Planning (or equivalent) functions of complex multinational corporations.

Experience will include the defining of reporting requirements, designing of reporting models, leading executive workshops to identify key business metrics, and design and development of planning models. The Candidate will have knowledge of leading practices within the planning and forecasting process with knowledge and proven application of reporting and planning techniques. The candidate must have experience implementing new performance reporting, planning and forecasting processes within the Oracle/Hyperion Planning or SAP Outlooksoft toolset. The Candidate will have hands on delivery experience in a Functional Solution Architect role (or equivalent) using formal implementation methodologies. The candidate will have led at least four full lifecycle implementation projects with responsibilities for the definition of requirements, implementation of redesigned reporting and planning processes, change management and training of staff required for successful roll-out of the new process and system. Knowledge of traditional process improvement techniques such as business process reengineering and six sigma applied within a BPM implementation is a plus.

Must have direct, hands on experience designing and implementing Performance Reporting and Planning solutions for large multinational companies. Must have experience managing large portions of complex BPM implementations as a Project Manager or Track Lead. Must have led at least four full lifecycle implementations of new planning processes using a formal implementation methodology and software from leading vendors such as SAP (Outlooksoft) or Hyperion (experience with Planning System 9 preferred) Prior experience with Big 4 Consulting companies preferred. Must be skilled in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users. Must be able to travel up to 100%.
