Min. 6 years experience managing large-scale SAP HR implementations (v4.6+) and upgrades, with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations as Project Manager for a large team responsible for application development, interfaces, reports, and/or data conversion analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. Strong verbal & written communication skills required.
The SAP HR Managing Consultant / Team Lead (MC/TL) is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR ECM module.
This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions.
The MC/TL will also be involved in improving operational metrics & business case. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role.
The MC/TL provides hands-on leadership & mentoring throughout all project phases to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. The MC/TL has direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
