Min. 6 yrs. SAP HR project management experience managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle with version 4.6 or above, including managing global implementations.
Experience consulting with a consulting firm is required.
Proven track record working successfully with senior management/executive levels.
The SAP HR Project Manager (PM) is directly accountable/responsible for successful project delivery of SAP / HCM technology & process engagements using structured PM methodologies, which will involve creating, & managing project plans, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including onshore and offshore client employees and 3rd party vendors. This individual provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client relationships. The PM will also be heavily involved in business case development and in leading proposal efforts and selling consulting engagements. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience consulting with a consulting firm is required.
