Min. 5 yrs. SAP HR configuration, implementation, & project lead experience on large & complex projects within the past 7 yrs together with substantial experience configuring SAP ESS/MSS integrated with the SAP HR Portal. Prior employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities. Project management experience on successful, full life-cycle SAP HCM version 4.6+ workstreams or engagements. The SAP HR Managing Consultant / Team Lead (MC/TL) is responsible for successful delivery of Hr technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR Portal Employee and Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS) modules. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. The MC/TL will also be involved in improving operational metrics & business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. The MC/TL provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. The MC/TL has direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
