Salary Range: $125K to 135K 2 opening available Best Industry- Industrial POSITION DETAILS The PeopleSoft Payroll Specialist /Team Lead will participate in the implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support on large scale consulting project.100% travel; must live in the Mid West and willing to travel (including to West Coast). Candidates Must Have: Experience leading a team of consultant and client staff through the implementation cycle; must include experience developing project work plans and allocating resources, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing client expectations and project scope. Special project need for this role involves 150 interfaces to other systems. Upgrade exp with Version 8.8 Version 8.9 a plus. Recent Functional/Technical Consultant/ Commercial not public experience Full-life cycle experience as Team Lead on a PeopleSoft Payroll v8.x project with responsibility for the technical aspects of the implementation. Solid functional understanding of HR, Payroll, Time/Labor modules as well, including knowledge of configuration issues between payroll/HR/Benefits/Time & Labor Must have HCM Product knowledge, PS implementation and configuration of Payroll module. Must have experience leading interface development and integration team. |
