Salary Range: $110K to 130K 2 opening available Best Industry- Industrial We Will Sponsor/Transfer H-1B POSITION DETAILS PS/PM will have 6 years experience managing PS HRMS/HR eCollaborative implementations and upgrades, with at least 3 full life-cycle implementations as PeopleSoft HR PM for a large team (15-20) responsible for application development including on-line, batch interfaces, reports, and/or data conversion analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation for a 20+k-employee organization. Consulting firm experience required. Candidates Must Have: PS/PM will have 6 years experience managing PS HRMS/HR eCollaborative implementations and upgrades Must have 3+ full life-cycle implementations as PeopleSoft HR PM for a large team (15-20) and 20+k-employee organization Have work in and understands Human Capital Management Operations, Working functional/technical knowledge of PS HCM applications, Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured, Establishing & managing development standards, Change Management planning through implementation, Proven experience improving HR operational metrics Recent Consulting firm experience required Recent Commercial not Public Consulting engagements |
