| Job description: | POSITION DETAILS
Salary Range: $150K-180K 6 openings available Relocation Package Available Best industry: Telecommunications –from a Sales & Sales Management Dept Telecom Service Assurance Subject Matter Expert. The ideal candidate shall be experienced in network operations, processes and systems supporting the measurement and analysis of network health and implementation of corrective measures. Will be responsible for translating service provider’s requirements into system, application, and process designs in the areas of fault and performance management. This includes the integration of BSS/OSS systems as well as Independent Software Vendors/Network Equipment Providers (ISV/NEP) solutions, network management, network inventories, surveillance and trouble ticketing. Experience with architecture, integration and/or delivery of Service Assurance Platforms supporting broadband based VoIP (SIP), Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and IP Multimedia Systems (IMS) is highly desirable. Broad knowledge preferred in legacy networks, new technologies, rules-based systems, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and IBM's Tivoli products. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the following areas: BSS/OSS Software Application Integration, Service Assurance and Network Management, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Network Equipment Providers (NEP), Next Generation Networks (NGN), Order to Cash End to End Process, Billing, Mediation, CRM, IP Multi-Media Systems, Service Delivery Platforms, Outsourcing Operations, Applications and Services, Project Management and Leadership. Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel. May be required to temporarily relocate on an International Assignment for up to two years. Ideal candidate will be someone who considers themselves to be a subject matter expert in telecommunications. Candidate should have a strong leadership and project management background. Proven ability to lead/support large software architecture planning and delivery projects Candidates should possess a strong understanding of: BSS/OSS Software Application Integration Service Assurance and Network Management Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Network Equipment Providers (NEP) Next Generation Networks (NGN) Order To Cash End To End Process Billing, Mediation, and CRM IP Multi-Media Systems Service Delivery Platforms Outsourcing Operations, Applications, and Services Candidates Must Have 8+ years of experience in Telecommunications Industry Proven ability to lead and support large scale projects Open to 100% travel Temporarily be able to re-locate on an international assignment for 6 to 24 months |
