| Job description: | Seeking a Sr. Commercial Loan officer with 3+ years experience and working knowledge of commercial lending practices, regulations and underwriting.
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to establish relationships among business leaders. Develop, process, analyze, close and maintain commercial loan relationships with portfolio values of $10M+ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or specialized training in lending, underwriting and related subjects needed. 3+ years experience in a commercial loan banking with national underwriting responsibilities. Understanding and experience processing various loan types, including lines of credit, equipment loans, commercial real estate, working capital term loans, SBA 504, and SBA 7(a). Current experience with a financial institution with assets exceeding $4.7B Understanding and experience with FDIC policies and regulations Sample of write-up style may be requested.
