Responsibilities:
The Agency seeks Recruitment Coordinators to actively recruit volunteers and develop sustaining volunteer and youth rich sources for the agency’s programs through effective stewardship and communication. The Recruitment Coordinator’s work will include tapping into community and multicultural organizations and conducting onsite recruitment initiatives at corporate and collegiate venues to recruit volunteers for a diverse population of youth who can benefit from our programs.

Qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of sales/marketing and customer service or related experience preferred. The ability to speak a second language a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Must have access to a car and a valid driver's license.

The right candidate will be highly motivated, goal-driven and possess outstanding customer relations, communication and organization skills. Optimistic approach to work, positive sense of humor and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are a must.
