| Job description: | Central North Carolina Organization is currently in need of an experienced Product Engineer. The individual in this position will optimize overall product yields through improvements in product design, manufacturing processes, and test processes. |
| Job duties: | Will set up and analyze designed experiments (DoE) to optimize product performance. Will participate in new product development teams to prepare and present statistical data analysis and to support design optimization. Additional duties include developing and revising final product test plans to improve quality and reduce costs. Will also verify part performance and support product qualifications. |
| Req. candidate profile : | BSEE or equivalent (MSEE preferred) and at least one year of related experience in RF design engineering, RF product engineering, or related field. Data analysis and/or statistics background required. Must have RF experience including both analytical and lab work. The following would be a plus: database application development using SQL server, experience with ASP, VB, and Java Scripting.
